I cannot express how awesome this company is. I arrived home late in the evening to find there was no heat in our home. It’s 20 degrees out without the wind chill. I found Cox Climate Control on a Group Face book page I belong too. Within minutes of mentioning I had no heat I received a message. The next day they were here. How often does that happen? The service was beyond words and the price you just cannot beat. If you’re ever in need of honest professional work. This is the company to call! I will not call another company unless I move out of their area!

Sam Cox is as good as good can get!! Our heat went out the 21st of December!! Yes literally a few days before xmas and out of all the emergency places we called this is the guy that answers…truly admirable considering we have 3 kids and as a mom I was fearful how long it would take not only to get someone to come out but to fix whatever the problem was. My husband is the one who spoke with Sam and he answered on the first try, my husband explained the situation and Sam seemed to have an idea immediately as to what the problem could be and I was just relieved that he said he was going to check right away to see if he already had the part(while my husband was still on the phone) which he did in fact have it!!! He also told us how much it would be if he came out that evening and was honest that if we could hang in there until very early the next morning he could come out for less(since we had heaters and a wood burning stove on our lower level we agreed to the next morning). He was very professional and called to let my husband know he was stopping to get the part from his other location and would be right over, he showed up on time and although I personally did not have the pleasure of meeting him because I was still asleep when he arrived( he was so quiet I never even heard him!!) but my husband had nothing but wonderful things to say when I did awake to a toasty warm house!!! He was very honest with his pricing and as it turns out it was a smaller component within the one he mentioned which he chopped off even more money to fix!!! All I have to say is we will be putting this guy on speed dial for any of our future heating and cooling needs!!! He is awesome, very kind, polite and honest with his pricing. We highly recommend him.

We called Cox and they came out the same day. We needed to let the system rest so they made a point to come out early the next day. He was quick and identified our problem easily. He was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain everything. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Last summer CCC, (Cox Climate Control) came and replaced out entire outside a/c unit. We waited in a terrible heat wave for the unit to arrive Mr. Cox, (Sam) went above and beyond in getting it to us quickly. He did a fantastic job and for the right price.

I called this place on a whim because they are open on Saturdays. I had no idea what a pleasant surprise I was in for. I spoke witb a woman over the phone who was generally interested in what i had to say. I needed service to my ac unit and fast! She said she thinks it could happen but had to confirm the time.
I loved that she didn’t over promise. I was on hold for maybe a minute and they setup the
Appointment same day. She listen to what i thought the issue was, the condensate pump, and relayed the info to the HVAC guy. He arrived, fixed the unit and a day later, sentvme the invoice. What a clean and fast service. I appreciated them listening and instant service!! I can assure you if I need something ac related, i will call them!
