Our air went out this summer, after fighting with AHS, Sam rescued us from the heat and the headache. He saved us a ton of money and was quick to respond. Then, our heat went out and he fixed it immediately. We are blessed to have Sam and Sabrina in times of need!

Our air conditioner was blowing hot air in the middle of the summer and Cox Climate Control came out to provide a service call. The air conditioner condenser needed to be replaced and Cox Climate Control provided us with a temporary fix for a week while they ordered us a new air conditioning unit. This was very gracious of them as the heat was beginning to take hold for the summer. Since they were replacing our air conditioning unit, Cox Climate Control stated that it would be a perfect opportunity to replace our aging furnace and to ensure that we were getting a balanced H/VAC system. Cox Climate Control recommended a great system to meet our budgetary and efficiency needs. They did a great job installing our new Trane XR-13 air conditioner and Trane XR-80 furnace. Their employees were professional, on-time, and cleaned up their work after the installation. The price that we got an entire new H/VAC system from Cox Climate Control was less than half of what our neighbors paid for just a replacement air condition condenser. I highly recommend Cox Climate Control for all of your H/VAC needs.
